{"id":121,"date":"2019-06-10T11:45:50","date_gmt":"2019-06-10T04:45:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thuvien.dcoht.edu.vn\/?page_id=121"},"modified":"2019-11-06T15:13:14","modified_gmt":"2019-11-06T08:13:14","slug":"gioi-thieu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/115.79.220.211:8080\/thuvien\/gioi-thieu\/","title":{"rendered":"Gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0It was established firstly as Long Thanh Vocational Training Employment Centre according to the Decision No 53\/Q\u0110.UBH dated 8 February 1993 made by Chairman of Long Thanh People\u2019s Committee.<br \/>\nIn order to meet the demands of the professional vocational training from workers and technical human resources, the Minister of MOLISA issued the Decision No 225\/Q\u0110-L\u0110TBXH of 27 February 2012 on establishing the Vocational Training College of Long Thanh \u2013 Nhon Trach area.<br \/>\n<strong>1.\u00a0 Function<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 The main function of the College is vocational training and employment for the workers, is the bridge between workers and enterprises.<br \/>\n<strong>2. Task<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">2.1 \u00a0Develop programs, materials of vocational training activities which are registered.<br \/>\n2.2 \u00a0Organize exams, tests and grant profession certificates following the regulation stipulated by the Minister of MOLISA.<br \/>\n2.3 \u00a0Recruit, manage the College teachers and personnel.<br \/>\n2.4 \u00a0Conduct, apply and transfer scientific researches as stipulated by the law.<br \/>\n2.5 \u00a0Provide free consultation on vocational training and employment to apprentices.<br \/>\n2.6 \u00a0Organize study tour and trainee program in the enterprises.<br \/>\n2.7 \u00a0Use and manage land, material facilities, equipment and funds following the law.<br \/>\n2.8 \u00a0Do regular and unscheduled reports as stipulated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Authority\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">3.1 \u00a0Take the initiative in develop and implement College\u2019s development plan.<br \/>\n3.2 \u00a0Can receive funds\/donor support, use and manage different resources to carry out the vocational training activities according to the stipulated law.<br \/>\n3.3 \u00a0Associate with other economic, educational and scientific research organizations in Vietnam and abroad in order to improve the vocational training quality and make it satisfy the requirements of employment and labour market.<br \/>\n3.4 \u00a0Conduct vocational trainings for 16 main jobs:<\/p>\n<table class=\"border\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 338px;\">\u00a0 1. Overview of the College material facilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">5.1.\u00a0<u>Building 1<\/u>: (has constructed from the year of 2001): 15,000m<sup>2<\/sup><br \/>\n&#8211; Theory teaching rooms: 09<br \/>\n&#8211; Workshops for work practice: 21<br \/>\n&#8211; Meeting hall: 01 (250 seats)<br \/>\n5.2.\u00a0<u>Building 2<\/u>: Upgrade and enlarge during the period of 2010-2011: 18,000m<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6. Served objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; People in the working age in the rural areas, people were revoked lands, disabled people, poor people, orange\/dioxin victims.<br \/>\n&#8211; Workers working in the enterprises that have vocational training demands.<br \/>\n&#8211; Enterprises in the industrial, trade and service fields.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7. Main activities and achievements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">7.1\u00a0 Providing short term and primary job training to 51,255 people (including training for 43,972 enterprises\u2019 workers accounted over 85%);<br \/>\n7.2\u00a0 From 2009 educating 35 people who showed aptitude for Robot design (02 courses).<br \/>\n7.3\u00a0 Supporting the whole life of 10 orange \/Dioxin victims, providing vocational training for disabled people.<br \/>\n7.4\u00a0 Helping to find the jobs for over 24,000 workers during the year of 1993-2010.<br \/>\n7.5\u00a0 Providing labourers to over 25 enterprises and ecological tourist areas.<br \/>\n7.6\u00a0 Providing vocational training to the workers who were revoked lands in the HCM City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay highway project sponsored by ADB (2010-2011).<br \/>\n7.7\u00a0 Gaining 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0prize in the national contest of vocational training equipments and tools in 2010.<br \/>\n7.8\u00a0 Providing long term and intermediate vocation to 3,182 people (2002-2009).<br \/>\n7.9\u00a0 Providing vocation of intermediate level to 1,360 people:<br \/>\n<em>\u00a0(Especially from May 2010 the applied graphic course has attracted the participation of 14 disabled people).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>8. Advantages and disadvantages<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">8.1. Advantages\/Opportunities<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0The College operates in the areas which are concentrated together many industrial zones (15 industrial zones, accounts for 60% ones in Dong Nai province), therefore there are a lot of enterprises which have ordered workers\u2019 recruitment;<br \/>\n&#8211; The College is located in Dong Nai province which has big projects such as the International Long Thanh Airport with the area of 5,000 square metes, residential and service areas that can serve the Airport with 21,000 square meters, HCM City \u2013 Long Thanh \u2013 Dau Giay Highway project, Son Tien Ecological Tourist area, Long Thanh High Technology area . . .);<br \/>\n&#8211; The College have received supports from the government in enlarging and building\u00a0 workshops;<br \/>\n&#8211; Its staff is young (average age is 30-35) and having practical experience. They have been trained annually.<br \/>\n8.2. Difficulties\/Challenges<br \/>\n&#8211; Enterprises have expected higher labour standards, especially higher requirements on technical\/competent and soft skills;<br \/>\n&#8211; The teachers have not many opportunities to approach new technology.\u00a0 Their foreign language is weak and as a result they are not confident in communication with foreigners;<br \/>\n&#8211; Teaching facilities\/equipments even being invested but are lack according to the enterprises\u2019 technical requirements;<br \/>\n&#8211; The workers and enterprises can not pay much for training costs because the received income of technical workers at the enterprises is not high.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9. Activities Orientation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">9.1\u00a0 Conduct a survey on the enterprises\u2019 demands of the labourers in order to adjust training programs, methodology and even increase professions to meet the requirements of the enterprises.<br \/>\n9.2\u00a0 Organize regularly online surveys of the trainees\u2019 comments to improve the training quality as well as update them with the College activities.<br \/>\n9.3\u00a0 Corporate with the enterprises in organizing workshops on professional skills at workplaces, trainees\u2019 programs, study tours in order to make the trainees be well prepared to the knowledge, skills and attitude that the enterprises require. The teachers have been supported to enhance their English language and knowledge of applied scientific research to the vocational training.<br \/>\n9.4\u00a0 Look for any support from the government and enterprises in modernizing training equipments\/facilities to meet the enterprises\u2019 demands.<br \/>\n9.5\u00a0 Conduct vocational trainings for disabled people, poor people, land revoked people, rural labourers\u2026).
